MEET DREW, PROCACCINI,

eCELLAR Customer Service Representative

Many of you know Drew from chatting with him on the eCELLAR Customer service line. There’s no one better. Drew’s a transplant from the East Coast who developed a passion for wine working in restaurants. In 2012, he moved to Napa and later in 2015 to Lake County. Currently located in Snohomish, WA, he spends his spare time volunteering at his daughter’s school, cooking, and brewing beer. Those are the basics. But did you know this about Drew?

Best thing about his work?

“The collaborative environment where we are all focused on delivering a top-notch product with unparalleled service. Sounds a bit contrived, but it is honestly the truth.”

Worst thing about his work?

“As a small team of driven people, it can be hard to put the job down (much to my wife and daughter’s annoyance) and truly disconnect on days off and on vacation.”

His dream job?“It may be cliche, but hard to top raising my daughter and being husband to my incredible wife.”

Which. Is it “Game of Thrones” or “Dr. Who”?

Dr. Who all day; I’m preferential to the 4th, 9th and 10th Doctors, though, frankly it’s been a while since our tv has had anything other than Bluey on it.  I appreciated Game of Thrones but I think there’s enough gritty realism in the real world.  Plus Dr. Who celebrates intellectualism over brute force and cynicism and it’s hard to argue with that.”

Last book he read?

Technically it was ‘The Princess in Black and the Science Fair Scare’ that my daughter and I finished up last night but for myself Patrick Rothfuss’ ‘A Wise Man’s Fear’.”

His Vacation: Beach or City?

“Beach but not the sun and sand sort, more like the rocky beaches of the PNW coastline. I adore the San Juan Islands of WA.”
